Underground Car Park Linemarking at Brentford Football Stadium

This week we completed phase 1 of a three-part project, line marking an underground car park.

The paint we used for this project is manufactured by a company called GEVEKO and the product is HS route.

Once the paints have been installed using Graco 5900 line marking machine, we install the second coat of a protective sealer, which prevents the paint and lines from blackening when tires pass over them and more importantly when they turn on the spot.

It’s a very fast paint to install and usually goes on at around 400 µm when sprayed. We also roll apply this paint for fast application over large areas such as the giant white pads in front of the doors and for the zebra crossings.

We used EV logos and numbering logos for all of the finer line markings and of course, everything was shot blasted prior to application, in order to create a substrate that would allow the paint to adhere effectively.
